Art without a character reference (with an exception of character design commission)

Live2D model without character design image (you can commission me to make one)

Things I am uncomfortable with

I have the right to refuse your commission without explaining the reason

If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission

Any changes after the commission is complete will come with extra charge

Additional hairstyles and outfits for Live2D model cost extra

I rig models only for Vtube Studio

All payment will be made via PayPal in USD

Live2D model commissions come with a 50% prepayment.

Live2D rigging commissions come with a 50% prepayment

I refund based on the amount of work left. If I completed 20 USD worth of work from 40 USD, you receive a 20 USD refund

No refund is possible once the commission is completed

I will not start the work on your commission until the prepayment is made

I send WIPs of all important stages of the commission (such as sketches, base colors, rigged parts for Live2D rigging commissions).

If you want to receive additional WIPs you should ask for it BEFORE the payment is made

Please be responsive and don’t hesitate to give feedbacks on WIPs I send you. Based on your feedback I will make changes.

I, the artist, am allowed to:

Promote myself with it on any social media or a website

Display it on any of my accounts

Do not claim, sell, or redistribute my work.

I do not claim any rights to the character I design for you

Always credit me Shiimosa when publicly sharing/using my artwork

Do not edit my artwork yourself in any way (such as removing a watermark, cropping artwork or removing parts of the artwork). If you need an edited version, ask me instead.

Do not use the commissioned artwork commercially without discussing it with me PRIOR to commissioning me (in this context commercial use means using an artwork for merch production or selling artwork as a digital print)

Clients are not permitted to use my artwork or parts of my artwork for blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
